New York Pizza — Restaurant in Leidschendam-Voorburg

I ordered 2 pizzas from New York Pizza today. Unfortunately this is not at all what I expected at such a pizzaria. I had to wait almost an hour and a half after I ordered. I had called 2 times in the meantime to ask where mine was and 2 times the excuse was used that they were very busy due to a busy day. I expect that if you have a good deal you also have to make sure that there are enough delivery people/employees to keep your customers happy. When the pizzas finally arrived they turned out to be very cold too. I called and explained the problem but unfortunately they were handled very irresponsibly. I would get a 6 euro discount on my next order which I think is absurd. Overall bad experience. I will never order...

Was so looking forward to a New York pizza. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. Ordered a margherita, pepperoni and Hawaii pizza for delivery. All pizzas arrived hot. The margherita was burnt (cheese) and did not have fresh basil. The Basil is what makes a margherita different from a cheese pizza. Pepperoni and cheese was also burnt. The Hawaii pizza was the only one that was not burnt. Can not recommend this pizzeria. Also the pizza box has what looks to be a tiger or maybe it's a dragon on the box. Not sure how this ties into New York. The marketing piece for discounts had the Statue of Liberty with her hands over her eyes. Is she crying, hiding her...

They have a new 'thin and crispy' pizza, but the crust is exactly like the regular crust. It was a little disappointing because why advertise something that is no different than the regular product? If you say thin and crispy, this is what I expect, not limp and flabby. Otherwise, the delivery was OK but the pizza was apparently prepared way in advance so it was...
