Tramrestaurant Hoftrammm — Restaurant in Leidschendam-Voorburg

It's a unique and different experience to dine in a tram with your friends, family or colleagues as the ride takes you through different parts of The Hague.

The ride takes you through some historic and interesting spots of The Hague. I am not sure if you will be able to pay attention to the spots outside once the interesting food comes in front of you. Nevertheless for the tourists, this will be a unique experience.

We were taken for a dinner event in the Tramrestaurent from the company that I work with. If you are a regular user of public transport in NL then it will give you a wow factor when you get on this tram. The service and the food arrangements are outstanding. There was an adequate explanation provided by the host about each food item that was delivered.

Seating might be an issue for some. Although the seats are comfortable to take a two-plus hour ride, the legroom is an issue. It's very hard to keep your feet away from not hitting the other person opposite to you. Keeping your leg folded in a way to prevent that from happening for two-plus hours is not nice.

Then again you make it up with the amazing food they offer. For the dinner event, we had a 7 part meal. The experience is quite unique. You get 5 courses and a 2+ hour drive in The Hague. Staff was polite and very attentive. For the food combination they should be careful though as not every experiment is worth it especially considering how hard is to book a table.
