I ordered the set menu which changed from time to time. I had swordfish carpaccio for starters, veal with spinach risotto for main and a raspberry mousse with lemon sorbet for desert. Overall a satisfying meal. The starter was very fresh and seasoned well. A living room of Maastricht, sit here and you’ll be surrounded by locals. You can really feel friends coming together, and that’s what the service also displays. Casual done the right way, friendly and with a passion for their job. If you want a steak than you’re at the right place, but that doesn’t mean you can disregard their starters.
