I ordered from Domino’s through Uber Eats, but due to a technical issue, I wasn’t able to select the required side dishes. Instead of reaching out to confirm my order, Domino’s simply assumed I didn’t want them and sent only the pizza.

When I contacted them about the missing items, they blamed me for “not choosing” the sides—even though I had no option to do so. They didn’t offer to correct the order or resend the missing items, leaving my partner without food. Their attitude was dismissive, and they shifted the blame rather than taking responsibility for ensuring a complete order.
