We have encountered an incomplete order twice now in some months. We have tried to fix this with multiple employees by now. The initial contact made us believe we can retrieve the item at a later stage including some compensation. There are no solutions, only references to a complaint form that is not being shared with us because “they’ll call us back somewhere next week”. We expect better service from McDonald’s.
A complaint form does not feed a person who had no meal to enjoy. Your solutions are asymmetric to the customer’s problem. Let’s see if we get a call with instructions to the complaint form next week again…. or even better: another employee that is...

Upon arriving at the store at precisely 1,02AM in God’s fine morning, we were refused service 58 minutes before said closing hours on Google maps.
Hungry, disappointed, ravenous, angry, concerned, and most importantly - hungry, we were left with no other option than to drive into the dark of the night in search of another Ronald.
