Crudo 🍞 — Restaurant in Nijmegen

We ate here the 9th of december (we were 4 adults and 2 kids). The staff was kind and pleasant, but the service was super slow and incomplete (since they forgot a ration in both the starters and the main courses). The children had "sweet potato chips" as a starter, definitely coming from a bag (they didnt eat them, cause they were way too salty for kids). The soup of the day was good (although one of us had to wait for his soup for another 20 minutes). For main course I had carbonara pasta, overcooked and tasteless. I couldn't eat it so my mate ate it instead (and, again, one of us had to wait for his main course). All in all, it was more than two hours for having dinner, and when we tried to pay the bill was wrong, miscalculated, charging more. The place was easy to find and rather quite so not to busy. The waitress to a while yo take our order and to deliver drinks. We waited around 45 minutes for the food which I was personally not a fan of but I can see the apeal. I was excited to try vegan carbonara but was a little let down because of the wait and the pasta being undercooked.

I would recommend but only if you run out of options. The food was not worth the price. But I will say they did make it look good.

If the small portions stay like that students like me won't be able to come to this place as often as we would do. In a Restaurant in Krefeld, Germany you get such a big portion for 14€ that you have to take some of it home and it is as well organic quality and seasonal. So I don't see how you stick to the...
