Anytyme Kollum — Restaurant in Noardeast-Fryslân

During my visits to Kollum over the past 6 or 7 years, I have made it a point to stop by this restaurant for a quick snack with my friends. Usually, I would opt for the fries since there weren't many vegetarian options available due to the restaurant's non-halal meat selection. However, I was pleasantly surprised this time as they had introduced several vegetarian and vegan dishes. 🌱

I decided to try the vegan Frikandel, a traditional Dutch snack, and it was delightful. It's great to see that they are expanding their menu to cater to a wider range of dietary preferences.

Interestingly, according to my local friends, the restaurant has maintained the same appearance and layout for the past 20 years! 😅 While some might consider it amusing, I find it endearing and a testament to the restaurant's consistency and loyal customer base.

Overall, I'm delighted to see them adapting to offer more vegetarian and vegan options. If you find yourself in Kollum, I highly recommend stopping by for a taste of their delicious snacks and experiencing the nostalgia of their unchanged...

Nice place, has a good outdoor sitting area I see, but ordered a Bacon and Cheese burger with fries and chicken nuggets. They did not give me any bacon, this was missing totally… but paid for. Already drove to another destination to eat it. No napkins in the bag, fries had no salt. Service was...

Op een zonnige zondag besloten we een ijsje te gaan eten. Qua verpakt ijs hebben ze weinig keuze. Het assortiment softijs en Sunday’s is ruim. Alles wordt met zorg bereid en de saus en andere ingrediënten worden zorgvuldig gebruikt om het ijs af te maken. Een Sundays met saus op de bodem, dat zie je niet vaak meer! Het filiaal is schoon en netjes met een mooi ruim terras aan de achterzijde. Het ontvangst was wat stil en afstandelijk, het afscheid hartelijk en vriendelijk.
