Very clean and happy bakery with lots of typical Dutch breads and pastries to choose from.

It was my daughter’s birthday so we went straight for the pastries. We ended up sampling the chocolate and vanilla fondant, hazelnut and coffee, strawberry sponge, and their strawberry eclairs with pink icing. It’s quite traditional with main components being sponge cake, Chantelle cream, and fondant. Not really my thing, but my daughter loved it, so I loved it too.

Staff were eager to help in anyway they could answering all questions and engaging in my children’s meandering stories. Very friendly.

Very pleased that they offered small cakes. My daughter loved that everyone got their own little cake to share or utterly devour if they so chose.

We also bought their sliced spelt loaf and sourdough boule. Both very soft and tasty - probably both cold proved. The sourdough especially crisped up real nice when toast. It was pretty gentle on the sourness though. For me could be more.
