Amazing food but rude employees. I have been a customer for this restaurant for almost 4 years. Going there almost twice a month. Whenever my family or friends from abroad visits, i always brought them there. When anyone asks me about a good Lebanese restaurant, I tell them go to Fenecie. Today we went there at 14:30 to have our lunch, where to my surprise I am being forced to order from the valentine menu when i dont even celebrate it and the restaurant manager told his waiter that they either eat from the valentines menu or they can eat somewhere else. Sad to see Fenecie hire such unprofessional people with lack of hospitality manners, treating loyal customers like this. Well you lost me as a customer. I will make sure not to recommend the restaurant to anyone I know because what is a good food with bad service and...

If you want great food with shitty service, this is your place.

We booked lunch for valentine’s day around 2 weeks ago to come and eat and enjoy my favourite warak enab there. We reach there around 14:30 and then they push the valentines menu on us. In which no one has informed us prior about. We look at the menu and it does not have our favourite options, but thats not all, we start asking the waiter if we can choose something different ((who btw was super nice and apologetic)) BUT then the manager comes in and says “you can go eat in another place”.. all I can say is “كله من ذوقك"

A message to the management would be to be careful who you hire. After all this is the horeco industry and the minimum you need is someone with some level of respect...

I really enjoyed the food (well prepared and seasoned); also the interior of the restaurant was beautifully decorated and very modern.

Unfortunately I had an issue with two things:

the waiters were often quite inattentive. Not only me, but also other guests had to get a waiter in order to even get the menu (after 10+ minutes) and despite being seated by a waiter. Same again for taking the order.

the prices are definitely not in the $$ category anymore (as indicated on Google). As the portions are SUPER tiny, you will probably have to spend a minimum of 35-40€ pP on food and drinks, even for a small eater. For what they are charging, I definitely expected bigger portions - and super attentive service. Unfortunately, I left a little...
