We went three times to this place, unfortunately, the last one was not as expected. Mr. Full is Full shows bad behaviour. We arrived without a reservation as we usually do, and the girls told us they would look for a place for us. However, a man behind them was saying, “When it’s full, it’s full.” If I go out of my perspective and try to see things as they are, if the restaurant is full, you should be professional and polite, for example, “Thank you for coming, unfortunately, we have no place tonight. I recommend you make a reservation for the next time.” We’re not asking to eat for free; I have my money, you have the restaurant. We come to trade the money for a good time, not only food, because I can find it in the supermarket do you understand !!! For many years, I traveled around the world and ate at different buffets better than this one, and believe me, we don’t treat people like you did tonight. It’s very amateur from you. Hopefully the big boss see this and do the necessary if you are the boss then you shouldn’t be in the restaurant. Had a very nice meal on Thu. Some of the best dumplings and steak I've ever eaten. Clean, stylish place. Not dauntingly posh, but pleasantly elegant. Would give 5 stars, but not a fan of catching omelettes with my mouth. I understand it's a traditional part of tepanyaki experience. We where the only clients yesterday, but still the personnel was pretty concerned buy the look of their buffet.
