We went three times to this place, unfortunately, the last one was not as expected. Mr. Full is Full shows bad behaviour. We arrived without a reservation as we usually do, and the girls told us they would look for a place for us. However, a man behind them was saying, “When it’s full, it’s full.” If I go out of my perspective and try to see things as they are, if the restaurant is full, you should be professional and polite, for example, “Thank you for coming, unfortunately, we have no place tonight. For many years, I traveled around the world and ate at different buffets better than this one, and believe me, we don’t treat people like you did tonight. It’s very amateur from you. Hopefully the big boss see this and do the necessary if you are the boss then you shouldn’t be in the restaurant. Pay someone who’s gonna be more patient and do a better job than you if you know how to do business. Almost forget, we didn’t like the place that you give us too far from the buffet. We literally have to cross all the restaurant to...
