Definitely a culinary experience. Just not one I'd see myself trying more than once. Many of the dishes are good and different in a good way, some have such a strong flavor that it's clear they're definitely not shying away from risks in their dishes and some are combinations that I just can't see working for anyone. I personally felt the good and the not so good evened eachother out, and none of the good dishes stood out enough to leave any real impression. Gosh the chef has such a good mastery over asian fermentation process. He has really studied the art and infused it in his cooking.
