Eetcafé Concordia — Restaurant in Rotterdam

I had an extremely unpleasant experience. The bartenders could not be ruder (all but one). Whenever I asked a question they would seem annoyed and rush me to order. I tried to order a beer during happy hour (supposedly two for one). I was offered a beer in a glass roughly 1/4 of the size of the one I was drinking from before for a bit more than half the money, rendering the happy hour promotion completely useless. When I asked why that was and if I was misunderstanding something, I was met with frustration from the bartender who made a weird gesture, insulted me to his colleague and left me.

I highly advise you not to go to this bar. I've seen quite a few other people having bad experiences with the staff and leaving negative reviews, those are not...

Horrible place. Last week, I ordered a cup of coffee and the bartender didn't notify me that it was finished nor did he bring it. When my friend went to order a drink, he told him to take the cup of coffee with him and that it has been there for 15 minutes. No, it was not crowded.

I ordered a Heineken. The first one’s expiry date was October 2022. The second Heineken expiry date that I ordered was November 2021. I told the bartender that I wanted a Heineken from the other fridge which was due in 2022. However, he declined my request and gave some none-sense reason that it still has 2 months to expire.
