Let me first start with what went well.
The atmosphere, as well as the music, is great. You can see people having fun and socializing and dancing, and since they've been open since 1977, it can be nothing but good.
That being said, the booking experience and problem resolution were left to be desired.
I booked a table via their website, for 22h. The website clearly states that you have a window of 30 minutes, after your booked hour, to arrive and get your table. We were there by 22h15, and our table was gone. They said that their system had no option to book tables by 22 hours, which I then pointed out to be inaccurate since I had the confirmation message from their system on my email account. After this, the hostess and the (I believe) manager started treating us poorly, making sure we saw on their faces that they were annoyed by us insisting on getting our table; after much insistence on our part, we eventually ended up getting a table (on a corner, close to the bar, away from where everybody else was sitting and dancing).
Given that they charge 10 euros per person (and I believe this value to be very fair), I expected to have my table ready. And if not, to be dealt with with sympathy, and not with bad looks, as if I was annoying them. Honestly, if I hadn't paid as soon as I arrived (before confirming if my table was ready), I would have left the place.
I do believe this to be an isolated issue, but be sure to confirm your reservation in case you're going with a big group.
We didn't have food there, just drinks (cocktails, and wine). And the drinks were...

He acted so rude because I had a bottle of water i brought with me because i have to dring a lot due to health condition. Funny he never said anything about it until I ordered my dinner and paid the bill. So, he reachs and grab the bottele and start talking in a rude way although I just spent 20 euros in the restaurant and he is rude over 2 euros small water bottle.
Another thing is I had to pay 10 euros to have a table inside by live music performance which never happened after almost 2.5 hours wait which i was assured it will start soon...
Read moreDizzy Jazz Café carries the name “jazz,” but unfortunately, the audience seemed to have little respect for the music or the musicians. The atmosphere was more like a noisy bar than a jazz venue, with people talking loudly throughout the performance as if the music was an inconvenience rather than the main attraction. The worst moment was when a couple started watching videos on their smartphone at full volume, completely disregarding both the musicians and other guests. It was one of the most disappointing jazz venue experiences I’ve ever had. Perhaps this is just a reflection of the local culture, but for anyone who truly appreciates live jazz, this place is not the...
