McDonald's — Restaurant in Rotterdam

The European McDonald's usually fail to be true to the essence of the brand which is "fast" food.

The food is what all other Dutch McDonald's present to you and everybody knows exactly what to expect. The positive is that this place is literally "fast" food and reminds me of the American ones where you get the food in seconds.

The other upside is that the design and environment is very similar to old school American Diners with a touch of fast food elements added to it.

Probably the best McDonald's experience I've had in western Europe.

If this was a branch in Delaware or Stillwater Oklahoma, I would say it is mediocre and it's what it must be. With European and especially Dutch standards, it's a unique experience.

For the tourists:

Very convenient location, close to the highway and easy access.

General: Food is low to poor. McDonald’s is loosing quality lately. Fries were not good and meat was hard and not eatable.

Note that this location can be really busy between the hours 5pm and 7pm. For a quick meal before a long road ahead this is the right place.

A praise to the employees for keeping calm and respectful throughout a busy and chaotic moment. I want to give them my resp as some of the customers can be really rude.

Perfect View ,the restaurant was really very nice and had an unbelievable structure, coffee as always Segafredo the best coffee that we can possibly drink in any place we go!!!

Unfortunately..... Nobody ever looked at us standing on the cashier longer than 8 Minutes!!!! Not even one of them said hello and was willing to help or take an order..

Instead of that the Shift leader was talking to some girls and didn't even xare if someone wanted to order.
