New York Pizza — Restaurant in Rotterdam

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I've never experienced such bad service than with New york pizza. I ordered a pizza and a specific snackbox. It took over 1 hour before it was delivered. When it arrived, it was cold and on top of it. The wrong snackbox, so I called immediately to the location where I ordered from, and explained what happened. He ... then apologized for the inconvenience and blamed it on driver "he took the wrong order" and the new one will arrive shortly. Well over an 1.5 hours of calling and each time getting different stories. I said I would like to be reimbursed for the snackbox I did not receive.
