Absolutely horrific experience! Don't bother coming in, you are in for an old fish and terrible attitude.

We came in and asked for a combideal of fish and chips for 14€. The young man that was behind the bar served us immediately a batch of who knows how old fish - in any case it was not freshly fried (with his hands without any gloves) and decided to start with frying the fries. I addressed that we want to eat it at the same time (fish & chips, duh) and not have cold fish and fresh fries but the guy answered with a really bad attitude why should that matter, right?! Well it did to us. So he started serving us old fries he had lying there one by one instead (yet again, with his bare hands). We tried to address this but he said he washed his hands (not really caused he was using the card machine right before, etc.).

His solution was to refry the fish which then gets way too dry.

We just walked away without food or our money because we were just not getting anywhere with that guy.

To the manager, if you are reading this, please higher nicer people and make sure you explain proper hygiene and manners, cause this was very stressful. Instead of a nice kibbeling on the beach we got shitty attitude, no food and...

DONT RECOMMEND, RUDE WAITRESSING STAFF. We visited yesterday round dinner time and asked for a table for 4 to eat something. All good so far, as we were seated at one of the lower tables for 4. After 20 minutes or so our drinks were taken, which was fine as the weather was great and it was busy. After the waitress took our food order, she remembered that somehow she was not allowed to serve food on the lower tables. This was after we had specifically asked for a table to EAT.

At the table next to us (also a lower table) and the table opposed to us (also lower table) people were also eating or had just finished their food. We pointed this out and she said that this happened by 'mistake'. The rest of the terrace was full and she couldn't accomodate us somewhere else, nor did she try to make any other arrangements for us. The blonde waitress was very rude and not helpful at all. We left without food or drinks.

Need to mention that the boys inside were friendly, as they helped me with a bandaid when I stubbed my toe on their uneven...

After reading some negative reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but I decided to give it a try anyway. When I arrived, the staff greeted me in such a friendly and cheerful way that it immediately made a good impression.

I had the kibbeling, which was really tasty—crispy and well prepared. Much better than I expected based on the reviews.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt like the recent negative ones didn’t reflect my experience at all. The service was warm, the staff were kind, and the place had a relaxed, welcoming beach vibe.
