KFC — Restaurant in Saint Martin

If I could give a lower review than 1 I would. I occasionally go with my husband and children every few months to the cole bay location. First we ordered a bucket of spicy chicken and got original instead, then we made the same order we always and it went from around $30 to $80 but tonight was the last straw! I don’t eat pork not only by choice but because I’m allergic and the one time I accidentally ate it as a kid I vomited blood has a swollen throat and fever for days. Anyway I ordered a mr twister chicken wrap and got ham in it. It’s the first time after ordering it many times that I have ever gotten pork ham in it. Imagine my surprise and horror when I took the first bite and tasted this weird flavor. I spat it out immediately after opening up the wrap and had to force vomit up to be sure. But not before the insides of my mouth started to inch and swell. Never never never again will I be going to any kfc on this...

I have to say when I was there a few years back. The chicken was awesome! Even better than the genetically modified chicken we get back in the states. They must be getting it somewhere else. Just picture healthy normal size chicken with KFC flavoring. My heart don't race with this chicken, but back in the U.S. I don't know...The workers are very stern on getting your order taken care of and did not let a couple cut in front of me and my wife. They told the couple to get in the back and wait their turn and pointed at us and said we were next. They caught them and did the hard work for me. Normal service I think for fast food. Good moral, an old school way of life I love. I am sorry but the term "bad service means good food" really stands here. But replace bad service too knowing the right thing to do when someone cuts in front of you. This place is on top of it. I love SXM KFC! Looking forward to another...

It is the worst KFC I have ever visited around the world.

1. they have no menu put up anywhere, you don't know what is on offer and what the prices are,
2. the staff is lazy. There was a long queue of customers lined up inside the restaurant, but the staff at the drive-thru window would not come to help the single lady at the counter, even though they had no motorized customers
3. they had two card terminals, none of them worked. There was no info concerning that, so I just wasted 20 minutes in a queue of three people (!) to learn that I cannot pay by card.
4. my opinion is not isolated, even the locals were rolling their eyes and loudly complaining.

KFC should shut this place down, as it seriously undermines their brand...
