Neighba — Restaurant in San Nicolaas

Stumbled upon this neighborhood place. Stopped in for a drink and a light bite to eat. The drinks were unique and delicious. We had the watermelon (forget rest of name) and the strawberry gin fizz. We were worried they might be too sweet, but both were well balanced and refreshing. We weren’t hungry but ended up ordering the chicken satay, meatballs and the grilled shrimp dinner (forgot to snap a photo of shrimp). The attention to detail on presentation and service were top notch. The food was excellent, especially the peanut sauce on the satay and the sauce on the grilled shrimp. Levon (??) our service was very friendly, extra attentions gave us suggestions to our touristy questions. Wish we saved room For dessert. The food is super good I give it a 10/10 I've never tasted food this good and the coleslaw was amazing I never eat coleslaw and this was the first coleslaw I've ever eaten I 100% recommend eating here and the prices are exactly what you pay for you get super good quality food the waiters are so friendly too

This place was a wonderful surprise! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was peaceful and romantic (we loved the music :)), and thankfully we were never bothered by mosquitoes! The best part was definitely our waitress, Sarreen, who should get six stars out of five for making this such an enjoyable evening for my wife and me!
