Burger King — Restaurant in Schiedam

I went with my kid to order some menus, I didn't manage well the digital menu so I pay anyways. Afterwards, I just approached to one of the employees that were dispatching items to let know that I would like to have my drink without ice, "Pritaite" assist me in a rude way just because she already seved it and I gently begged her to please change my drink without ice, she looked at me mad and said in a rude way next time order in the machine not here, anyways she changed but her attitude was awful! And put the beverage over the table very strong like trying to make me notice that she was mad or something. That treatment isnt proper to a cuatomer that politely ask for something, could be different if I asked that in a rude way or if I were unpolite to her. Often don't have things listed on their menu, have had issues with leaking cups, sodas with no carbonation and them replacing crispy chicken buns with regular hamburger buns without consulting us; I order crispy chicken because the buns don't have sesame and I'm allergic to sesame. Regular buns of course have sesame, so you come home with inedible food. If you order in, it's very common to miss parts of your order. When you get the food AND can actually eat it, it's fine. Once a great and my go to Burger King now I would avoid it. This time I stopped for drive through for a bottle of water, Coca Cola and Ice Tea. Gues what? Out of water!
