To start, the wait time was quite big, not really ‘fast’ food and there were not even a lot of people there. Afterwards we wanted to buy a dessert but at the counter because there was no option for Sundae Caramel on the kiosk. We thought that if we asked the staff for Caramel that we could maybe get the sundae like that. We just wanted to ask if that was possible and order it with them so they could put it with caramel.
The asian woman with glasses (I think she was the manager) was having a problem with another customer and was clearly feeling stressed about it. We waited for a few minutes while she was doing some stuff on the counter, that was not a problem. But then she said to us ‘go order at the kiosk because I’m busy’ in a very rude and annoyed way. I then was trying to explain that we cannot order a sundae caramel at the kiosk but she immediately cut me off and said ‘order at the kiosk’.
I understand that having problems with other customers is not easy, but that is not the way to talk to other clients who are not at fault. I decided not to order anything because it was a very rude way to talk to a customer. She should learn to control her...

I went to ask for my order, and I was ignored for 10 minutes before they finally gave me extremely cold food. I politely asked for hot food, as it should be served, and it took them another 30 minutes to fix the order—with 2 items missing! On top of that, one of the young employees was charging €1 as a deposit for any plastic cup, even for ice creams (one that is 15 cents) and was keeping the QR barcodes for himself so that customers couldn't see it. It seems like he’s trying to pocket the money, which is absolutely unethical and shady. The staff in general were incredibly unprofessional. They acted like they didn’t care at all, and frankly, seemed like wasted druggies with no interest in doing their jobs. The service was absolutely pathetic, and the whole experience was a disaster. Read moreI ordered my meal today at 12:31, and I watched my twister just sit on the shelf for over half an hour. The kitchen was working at a great pace, the burgers were piling up on the shelves. That's only because the staff that were handing people their orders were taking so long, one of them, a girl, was even chatting with some of the people (I assume she knew them) that were waiting for their orders. Around 20 people were there and just waiting there for their orders. There was also a group of people that was here before me and they were handed their order after me. My friend and I were so annoyed, her food got cold before I was handed mine, and my fries were also cold when I got them. The food tasted great, except for the fries being cold, I did like it.
