Gisteravond geweest was gesloten maar toevallig kwam de eigenaar net aan omdat hij nog wat moest controleren hij vroeg wat ik wou en begon alles aan te zetten en maakte een lekkere shoarma schotel voor mij ik kom zelf niet uit Stadskanaal maar zat in een hotel nadat hij klaar was om mijn eten te maken heeft hij me zelf terug gebracht naar het hotel dat is nog eens service echt top bedankt daarvoor als ik nog eens in de buurt ben kom ik zeker terug echt...

Vandaag heerlijk bij manara gegeten, super heerlijke shoarma schotel. En dan te horen dat men wel eens moet wachten. Nou die ervaring heb ik echter niet. Maar als het druk is kan dat een keer voorkomen . Het kan in de horeca wel eens explosief zijn, pieken en dalen. Maar geduld is toch een schone zaak. Het is voor mij mij een superzaak , mag toch ook gezegd worden als ze 22 jaar t nog steeds op dezelfde plek goed...
