I recently had the pleasure of dining at La Piccola Venezia with a friend, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish! The menu is thoughtfully curated, offering a wonderful selection of both classic Italian favorites and a few creative twists that keep things interesting. Every bite felt like a comforting journey through Italy flavors were rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced. What really made the experience special was the atmosphere. La Piccola Venezia has such a cozy, welcoming vibe that immediately makes you feel at home. Very unauthentic Italian place despite the 80s style Italian wall art and details. The worst was the hygiene of the place! We had to ASK for the table to be cleaned (it was so dirty) after a lady plopped some wrinkled paper placemats on our table. The bathroom stank of chlorine, was out of any kind of paper and despite the chlorine smell it was extremely dirty.

After asking for a big bottle of water, we were given only 2 PLASTIC one use cups to drink from although we were four people.

My daughter who loves pizza would not eat it. The arrabiata pasta was definitely not arrabiata (it included green peppers, was not spicy at all and had big chunks of onions in it)

It's time to refresh the restaurant review and give it a proper rating. Let's call it a cold refreshment. I'm not interested in who runs the restaurant, who's the chef and who's the waiter, I'm interested in the quality of the food and the service! Unfortunately, the pizza is rather average and definitely not Italian in appearance or taste. The service is indeed very polite, but the slow service and communication problems cannot be solved by a smile - English is hardly communicative.
