I booked a table for three people. We were given a table for two even though the restaurant was not full of guests. I ordered entrecôte with bearnaise. Got the all bearnaise on my shirt and jeans. The cup and remaining bearnaise remaind on the floor during the whole dinner. We had to request a new cup of bearnaise otherwise, would not have been given. No proposal to move to another table despite the sauce that was also on the bench, table and on the floor. No apologies from the waiter who only brought something to try to remove ithe sauce because we asked for it. We cleaned it ourselves. The two other guests also got some bearnaise on their clothes/bags. No commercial gesture, We paid the full price and the waiter did not put the right price on the credit card terminal, but a higher one 112 € whereas I said 104. When I told him he said: "did I make a mistake? My bad!" When we left he thanked me for my "understanding" but did not mean it. In addition, we went there twice and left around 22.00 having the feeling the staff wanted to go home even though the restaurant was supposed to be opened until 23.00. I definitely miss Lof der Zotheid. Wat een amateurisme. I will definitely not go back to this restaurant.
