Pizzeria La Luna — Restaurant in The Hague

We ordered for over 40 euros at thuisbezorgd.nl. The first problem was that the pizza and All the toppigs were all over the box, greese dripping out. That was not the only problem, it was also the wrong pizza. The bread we ordered wasn't enclosed with the order. The pasta quattro frommagi had at most 1 kind of cheese in it. It really was only pasta in a cream sauce. The caprese salad consisted of only 2 huge, thick slices of tomato with a little dollop of mozzarella on the side. (the tiramisu is great to be honest)

They later on, more than an hour late, showed up with the right pizza and the bread, but of course this was stone cold and chewy as hell. There was a small piece of cake as an apology, but I would rather have a normal, warm meal.

Upon contacting the restaurant, they refused to give us a cashback. We have literally payed more than 40 euros for a small bit of tiramisu. This is so sad and so wrong, that we can only laugh about it. Thuisbezorgd.nl was sóóó kind to give us a voucher for our next order. It is a 10% discount voucher. Like seriously, what kind of service is that???

Anyway, we had a good laugh about it and will never order here again. We advise you to do the same. Just go there, eat that delicious tiramisu and leave...

Pizzeria-Ristorante La Luna, gelegen op een hoekpand in de Weissenbruchstraat en Mauvestraat, is een gezellige Italiaanse eetgelegenheid met een klein terras voor de deur. De zaak is smal en bij binnenkomst vind je meteen de bar met kleine, smalle tafeltjes die dicht tegen elkaar aan staan. Achterin bevindt zich de keuken, waar ook de afhaalbestellingen worden verzameld. De vriendelijke dames in de bediening zorgen voor een warme ontvangst en een prettige sfeer. Hoewel de wijnkaart enigszins beperkt is, evenals de keuze per glas, doet dit geen afbreuk aan de algehele ervaring. We begonnen met een heerlijke bruschetta, die een perfecte start van de avond bleek te zijn. De menukaart is uitgebreid, met een ruime keuze aan pizza's en een selectie pinsa's. We kozen voor de Ortolano, belegd met mozzarella, tomatensaus en gegrilde groenten, en de Bufalo, met buffelmozzarella, tomatensaus en basilicum. Beide gerechten waren goed gebakken en heerlijk van smaak. Naast de smaakvolle gerechten is de prijskwaliteitverhouding prima, zowel voor dine-in als afhaalbestellingen. Went here on a rainy evening, after grocery shopping at the Albert Heijn across the street. We were thoroughly impressed by the courtesy extended by the staff.
