Jaxx Marina Tilburg — Restaurant in Tilburg

Today my 4 star rating, as a returning customer, who always used to recommend this place to people, has gone down to a 2. The last few times we have been, we have been helped by a wonderful waiter, but the manager happened to be there today, and treated me ( a mother of 2) - with dismay, and acted as if me and my children were a nuisance. Already expecting me to have my baby cart in the way (and without giving me the chance to set it aside), he hastily removed a chair, and did not bring a babyseat for my son. Worst, however, when I asked for a place to change my child's diaper, the manager told me I could change him in a seat or on a table in the back. I gave a friendly suggestion that there should be a changing table ( I have already been there with my kids and hope this would have changed by now...). The manager rudely walked off and said there was no space to install such changing space in the "cube" space of the restaurant, whatever that means. Working at BKS we wanted to find a nice spot not to far away and found Jaxx. From the 3 times that I went there 2 times it went all wrong. Last time (last Sunday) it took for ever for the drinks to come. Food was already there and the cocktails still had to be made. With 30 plus degrees we were craving our drinks as you can imagine. Think in total 25 minutes wait. They forgot our bread and dip. Came after we asked for it and already started eating. No drinks on the house of deducted...

Ordered the bisque soup but only found three small pieces of sea food... Seriously I counted them.... For the main course the pasta seafood. Again seafood must be on short supply I tilburg! Because it was scarce. The dish had more in common with Mac and cheese. It's a real shame because I had high expectations... A new seafood place in tilburg!
