Monkey Coffee NS Tilburg — Restaurant in Tilburg

This morning, I stopped here to get a coffee on my way to work. I ordered an iced latte with oat milk, and everything seemed okay at first. However, after I had already paid (6,35€), when the lady started making my drink, she informed me that they were out of oat milk and asked me if almond or soy milk was okay. I let her know that it is not okay, because I am allergic to soy and don't drink almond milk for environmental reasons, plus I also don't like the taste. She said there was nothing she could do as they did not have oat milk. I told her that I understood, but she should have told me this before I paid and asked if I could get a refund, as I didn't want any alternative than what I paid for. She then said that this was not possible and my only option was to get another drink. I was bamboozled at her unwillingness to offer me any sort of solution, even though it was her mistake, and I would have just gotten my coffee elsewhere had I known in the beginning that they did not have oat milk. I expected her to at least offer me a gift card or voucher so I could at least get my coffee another time and not fully throw my money away. I also don't understand at all why a refund was not possible. I already thought the coffee was a bit overpriced to begin with, not to mention I ended up with something I couldn't even drink, so I feel completely cheated. We went there for a cup of coffee before catching our train and were really disappointed. We paid 10€ for 2 regular cups of coffee which tasted very bad. The coffee tasted burned. I felt very light headed and thought I was gonna faint so I walked in there asking for help. They gave me some tea and a donut and wouldn't let me pay for it. They kept an eye on me while I was relaxing in the shop and called someone to check on me.
