Most of the time they are out of the cheese (company special) and that's the only reason I come to the place, it's very annoying because it's the only place that sells the cheese.. As a vegetarian I can't choose something else except falafel, and I'm kinda tired of that.. Also they don't have a phone number, so I can't call them to check if they have the freaking cheese. I have to go to the place to hear they are out. And lastly, they close earlier than promised, if I come at 21:45 they are already closing up, although on the website it says they are open till 23:00. I’ve given this place a number of tries but they are frequently out of tomatoes and jalapeños. Its not acceptable to charge for a product and then inform someone you don’t have all the ingredients after they’ve paid. Tell them first and then let them decide if they still want it or offer supplementary ingredients. The staff were also using their phones and then handling customer food. One worker was on the phone playing a game when I walked in. The other one was cleaning the stove with a degreaser and cloth. I ordered a wrap and paid for it. The worker cleaning with the degreaser and cloth made my wrap without washing his hands. Put my wrap in the toaster and casually continued some spraying and cleaning with the degreaser. Wrap went straight in the garbage. Very unhygienic. Will never be going there again. Wouldn’t recommend...
