Ik heb voor het eerst besteld bij the Tosti Corner en had een tijd op de website gekozen om af te halen. Vervolgens kom ik net voor de afgesproken tijd binnen en krijg ik te horen dat mijn tosti al 10 min staat te wachten. Dit vond ik niet erg klantvriendelijk; ik was gewoon op tijd en was hierdoor bang dat mijn tosti koud zou zijn. De tosti zelf was lekker (kaas, pesto en zongedroogde tomaat) maar de bovenste randjes van het brood waren bijna zwart. Mijn smoothie was ook lekker. Ik weet nog niet of ik hier nog eens terugkom; ik vind klantvriendelijkheid...
