I recently visited Restaurant Blue in Urk, Holland, and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant offers two distinct areas: a lounge-like section and a dining area with tables. We opted to sit outside, enjoying the pleasant weather and outdoor seating.

Excellent and attentive service from the whole staff, creative fusion sushi and Asian inspired plates, generous portions served beautifully, high quality and unique ingredients, modern/minimalist decor, and all at a surprisingly reasonable price point. We went here for lunch today. Entering the restaurant, we were greeted by beautiful blue light, a distinguished atmosphere and lovely staff. The meals (we chose seafood) were fantastic, the staff was beyond friendly and made us and our three small children feel very welcome. The children were served dumplings (on the house) and ice cream for dessert (also on the house).
