First of all, I really want to like this restaurant since we don't get many Vietnamese restaurant in the neighborhood. However, my first experience was slightly unpleasant. We came around 7 pm with only 3 other tables occupied by customers, one table was already done eating, the other two were still ordering. There was only one waiter so we had to wait a while before she came to take our order. While we waited for our food, the first table left, and two other takeaway customers came for their phone pre-orders. Here's the interesting part... Everybody waited for about an hour and nothing happened, not even the people who came to pick up their pre-orders got their food. After everybody complained, we were told to wait a bit more as the kitchen was "so busy". It was only after 1.5 hours our first dish out of 3 that we ordered came out, so only one person in the table got food (a pancake which was pretty good). It took another 30 minutes for the second person to finally got the meal (an OK pho noodle soup), and 15 minutes after that finally the last dish (dry and tasteless fried chicken) came out. So I had to wait for more than 2 hours for my fried chicken, while others already done eating :( To sum up... the night was a complete disaster. The foods are OK, not bad but nothing special either and the portion is a bit smallish except for the Pho...definitely not worth the 2 hours...

The menu is quite rich and there are many typical Vietnamese food options, but we were disappointed with most of them. Everything was extremely super sweet on the day we tried (and previously), far from authentic. We already expected it to be a bit sweet (assuming Southern taste which we have no problem with), but this was too much. We struggled to finish some of the noodle dishes just because the sweet made us really uncomfortable.
Phở was very ordinary (below average) and Bánh Mì was absolutely horrible, the pickles was way to strong and it's also so small, definitely the worst one I have ever tasted in a long time.
The Bò Kho (beef stew) was good though, i liked it. Food's decor is very decent. But that was pretty much it. All portions are surprisingly expensive considering the taste.
There were not many guests but we had to wait quite long... But otherwise the staff...

Fried onions are really fresh and homemade, not like the ones you find in supermarkets. Seasonings are a great harmony. Well done! 👍 Price: very reasonable, even cheap. We paid 35 euro for a big meal for 2 people, which included 2 appetizers, 2 main meals and drinks. Service: good. The owner is very friendly and sincerely cares how you think about the food. Atmosphere: warm. Soft music is played in the background. It is quiet in general. Cleanliness: very good 👍 Highly recommended, guys!
