First time we ate here at Kasap I think it was a really nice concept! They will bring Tapas to you in the beginning so you can have some appetizers then staff will explain that you will need to order your meat at the counter (there is a lot of choice out there so definitely hard to choose...we choose a bit from everything...)
The appetizers portions are huge! they won't charge you for that don't worry...it's included in the meal. I definitely recommend the ribeye because it's so tender...really nice!! don't get the veggies like we did haha but just stick to the meat as 2 types of rice and a bit of veggies is already included in the package...
So if you're really craving for meat but you want to choose your own meat this place is definitely the place to be. Staff is also very friendly so nothing wrong with the service! if you need them you just use the little lamp on your table and put it on Red they will come to your table and take your order (drinks only).
but keep doing what you're doing i think the concept is great! and everyone in the restaurant seems to be enjoying...

Id understand if it was busy but the restaurant had more staff than customers at the time.
Approached the meat and was told the en croute was a T-bone - clearly the person serving the meat had no idea what was in front of him. The benefit of being able to see and pick the meat you want, lays in having an experienced and knowledgeable staff member who can tell you the profile of every cut. It just doesn't look right when you have someone that has no clue. May as well send him home and I'll serve myself.
I asked for the bill, instead of getting it at the table I had to go up to the till. Didn't get a chance to decide on a % of tip but since the service was so poor, I don't regret giving nothing.
Also why are there random TV's through the restaurant? Confusing and makes everything feel cheap.
Steak was cooked fine but socially challenged people will break...
