Di Vino — Restaurant in Vaals

Di Vino is a wonderful Italian restaurant that I had the pleasure of visiting recently, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed by my experience there.

The food at Di Vino is simply exquisite. The menu features a variety of authentic Italian dishes, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients that truly capture the essence of traditional Italian cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the handmade pasta dishes, which were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The wine selection was also fantastic, with a wide variety of Italian wines to choose from that perfectly complemented the food.

The staff at Di Vino were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that our dining experience was as enjoyable as possible. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Di Vino, an Italian restaurant that left a lasting impression. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The interior decor is modern yet cozy, making it the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends.

But the highlight of the evening was definitely the food. The menu is packed with classic Italian dishes, each made with fresh, authentic ingredients. I ordered the spaghetti carbonara, which was cooked to perfection and had just the right balance of flavors. And don't even get me started on the tiramisu - it was absolutely divine.

But what really sets Di Vino apart is their staff. From the moment I was greeted at the door, I felt like I was being welcomed into the home of an old friend. The servers were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering suggestions and answering any questions I had.

Naar aanleiding van de site, met de mooie opgemaakt gerechten en de reviews gaan eten bij dit restaurant.

We hadden als voorgerecht de bruschetta pomodoro en de special bruschetta (bruschetta met tomaat, knoflook en mozzarella) besteld. Beide bruschetta’s waren overgoten met olijfolie.. het broodje was letterlijk zacht geworden door de hoeveelheid olie. Op het moment dat je het broodje op tilde druppelde het er letterlijk van af. Afschuwelijk. Maar goed.. door naar het hoofdgerecht.

Als hoofdgerecht hadden wij de penne all’Arrabbiata en de entrecote alla veneziana. Voor de entrecote werd niet gevraagd hoe we hem gebakken wouden hebben, eindstand bleek deze “rare” gebakken te zijn.. met een saus wat niet te eten was. De bijvoegende aardappelen waren misschien nog wel het lekkerste. De penne all’Arrabbiata was prima te eten. De penne zelf waren doorgekookt, op het moment dat je de penne oppakte “scheurde” deze letterlijk uit elkaar omdat deze zo zacht waren.

We hebben het eten ook zeker voor 3/4 laten staan. Omdat het ronduit zo slecht was.

Het dessert hebben we ook maar laten zitten.. aangezien we hier geen eens meer zin in hadden.

Ik begrijp niet hoe dit restaurant zo goed is aangeschreven. Het eten was afschuwelijk, er hing totaal geen sfeer in het restaurant. En het personeel praatte met je alsof je eerder een “vriend “ was dan een klant. We werden benaderd met de vraag “alles goed” ipv “is alles naar wens?” “Smaakt het eten lekker?”

En de kers op de taart. Mijn partner heeft de hele avond ziek in bed gelegen.. en de etensresten zijn beland in de wc. Waanzin dit.
