Restaurant ZieZo — Restaurant in Veere

More want to be than to be- We went there tonight without a reservation but get a table in front of the kitchen, which was nice really nice. Ambient and design of the restaurant is really appealing and gives the flavor of being a more upclass restaurant including the prices. Which would be fine IF, the oysters would be served opened correctly, with a little water in it, fresh from the ocean. Unfortunately this was not the case. Close to dry, only two small slices of lemon. But okay, we waited for the other dishes, sashimi was ok from fish quality but with a little twist and twerk it would be perhaps with the price. Tip: make the tortilla chips not only green, but with a taste of wasabi and give the pure soy sauce a twist. Otherwise the fish is the same like you can order online at home. Unfortunately the calf Vitello was with really really too less truffle mayo and again, no twist, no surprising spent or even salt or spices. Pretty to look at, boring to eat. Bread plate for 8 euro … and the cocktails are not made properly too. I am sooo sad 😔 Train the people, add a twist, but with this average we cannot give more than...

A weekend away with the wife after an extensive period of working at home because of the COVID-19. We ended up in Zoutelande and were looking for a good place to eat. We found this restaurant that had online booking (a big plus - making phone calls for reservations is so old skool). At the reserved time we were welcomed by friendly staff and taken to a nice table. Then recieven the menu and got some recommendations of the daily specials, which we ordered. A nice sea bass filet with veggies and French fries. It was delicious. To finish the meal we ordered the dessert of local treats. All-in-all a good choice for having a meal in the evening. Definitely recommend...

It looks like Restaurant ZieZo lives up to its reputation. Based on the reviews, we were hankering to get our hands on some good seafood and Restaurant ZieZo delivered.

What is at least as good as how all of the food tasted at ZieZo was the service. Super understanding (our son was absolutely not on his best behavior that evening), patient and accommodating. In general, it looks like the restaurant attracts nice, well-off guests, which really helped also to make our evening relaxed, even with all that was going on.

Ambiance is also good, but in either case it is a clear 5/5 - highly...
