My taste never fails me. It took me to find this gem in the Netherlands. I had “etli ekmek” here. I can definitely say that they are way beyond the equivalent Turkish “etli ekmek” in the area. So far, I can only judge from it, and It’s crispy, meat-fat balance is perfect, and the other ingredients they mix with minced meat also apparent, which creates mouthful joy and makes the real etli ekmek. Thanks for the chef. I bet their Pides also good since the dough base is the same. Just to make sure you eat with lots of peterselie and lemon on it:)
