Food: the food is AMAZING especially the quality, the quality changes based on what you buy, the ice cream and food tastes good

Service: in terms of service, when you order they tend to forget to bring you the food you order, once when I went to get food I didn't get everything that I asked for even tho I payed for it, and sadly had to pay for it AGAIN

Atmosphere: verhage changes every few years, yet, I feel like it went from amazing to average, back before 2021 I believe they had these paintings on the walls made by kids, and customers, aswell as they had an shelf (where the cola bottles are now when you walk in) had always cute decorations, and kids toys, I dont know if you could buy them but I remember every year on Christmas they had decorated the shelf with fake snow, trains, christmas elves, santa and some cute lights to make it look like an city
