Domino's Pizza Wageningen — Restaurant in Wageningen

Disappointment with a recent order I placed through the Domino’s app. The order was first delayed by about an hour, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold. What made it worse was that, for the first time, the food was really spicy. I called the Wageningen store to address the issue, but unfortunately, the response I received was very rude and dismissive. I was told there was nothing they could do, which I found quite disappointing, especially as I’ve always had good experiences with Domino’s in the past. My €40 order end up...

Well, the Pizza is a Classic Dominos, but after I ordered i saw, that, the Guy who is putting stuff on all the pizzas didn't wear gloves. I told it to somebody, who seems to be the shiftleader, and after I told him my concerns, he agreed and gave the guy some gloves. After a couple of minutes a new pizza-staff arrived and didn't wear any gloves again. First touched her nose, then the mouth, then the dough of the pizzas... Sorry, but this is not acceptable. Will never eat Here again, it is...

Ik zit nu al meer dan 45 minuten te wachten, om uberhaubt te kunnen zien dat mijn pizza belegd word en de oven in gaat, laat staan bezorgd, ik heb nog nooit zo'n extreem matige bestelling geplaatst bij enig restaurant, en dit zal ook echt de allerlaatste zijn bij domino's Kleine update: 42 minuten later ( dus meer dan 1,5 uur nu) krijg ik bericht dat mijn bestelling zomaar geannuleerd is, terwijl ik wel heb betaald, en deze instructies niet gegeven heb, ga ik bellen, kunnen ze niks voor me doen, helemaal niks, mag het lekker uitzoeken , dus nu maar opnieuw eten bestellen, want ja, moet toch avond eten, maar ookal hebben ze me geld al willen ze het verder niet regelen, het is echt... te slecht voor woord. Update 2: los van dit hele verhaal hier boven krijg ik nu ook nog stoere praatjes en word ik belachelijk gemaakt door de manager, schand. Slechtste ervaring ooit bij enig restaurant. geld ook nog niet terug zoals beloofd, 1-3 werkdagen zijn om , geen geld terug gehad.........
