Appauled, absolutely appauled, from the members of staff to the waiting time, waited over an hour for mediocre food and after the kitchen staff messing up simple orders countless times.

We were called “the english ones” and made to feel unwelcome whilst the waiting staff (curly haired women) was making it seem like it was our fault for their mistakes.

Misschien voor dagjesmensen een goede locatie, maar voor een groep wielrenners van, in ons geval 9 man/vrouw, geen goede keuze. Ik raad aan om even 1,3 km door te fietsen naar het Pannenkoekenhuis 's Gravensande, waar wel vriendelijk en binnen 10 minuten een prima bakje koffie of thee met gebak op tafel staat. Ik beschrijf een dinsdag in september om ca 11.00 uur. Wij hebben daar 20 minuten buiten zitten wachten, omdat het enige personeelslid het belangrijker vond om een groep van ca 30 Engelse fietsers, die "na" ons aankwam, te helpen om snel 90 euro te verdienen aan frisdrank en ijs, terwijl wij goed zijn voor gemiddeld 9 maal 8 euro. De koffie zou 20 min. moeten doorlopen. Wij fietsen al heel lang, maar hebben nog nooit 20 min. op koffie/thee moeten wachten. Wij zijn vertrokken met het verwijt dat we ons hadden moeten aanmelden en dat hij nu zijn koffie moest weggooien. Geen...
