KFC — Restaurant in Zaanstad

Both last times my ordered was handled by a child who not only took ages to do my order but also put my "eat here" order in a to-go bag, got my order incomplete (one bag of fries and one soda cup instead of two) and when i pointed it out he passively-aggressively gave me my food. when i sat down to enjoy the 12 strips menu i ordered for me and my girlfriend i was only given 8 chicken strips. both times i was around and the kid was serving there were also 3 other kids who were seemingly also friends of his by the amount they were communicating (and by the fact they were of similar age which was about 14-16). those 3 other kids would make a lot of noise, scream and treat the establishment like it's their playground. I frequently go to KFC for a snack when I'm free but the past couple times have been a very unpleasant experience. Worst kfc experience i ever got (and i went in Paris's ones...). Everything is dirty and there's a smell of dirt in the restaurant. Restroom are in the same state of dirt : cans in the sink (???), wet papers everywhere, hopefully i could use a personal spray to be sure that my hands were clean. The food was faslty prepared... but they forgot a fork for the salad... i needed 5 minutes, standing at the desk to get the attention of the person at the desk, who had always the back turned to the customers, shouting at the kitchen... strange customer centered behavior. Outsides are in the same state of dirt : paperbags, cups, papers, straws everywhere, estonishing contrast with the usual cleanliness in Netherlands. It worse a note to kfc...

Extremely long wait times of about 30 mins to 45 mins in the restaurant with an order from the app 20 minutes before arriving. The restaurant is dirty so I don't recommend dining in. The app to order a pick up doesn't work with the restaurant, I highly recommend that you don't order through the app for a pick up order as they've missed mine. If you are ordering from the app for a pick up, I highly recommend going to the counter and check if your order actually went through.
