If you are going through Culverden and are thinking about stopping here I would carry on driving. Very rude customer service! We got 2 hot drinks and wouldn't provide an extra cup as it was boiling hot it was impossible to hold instead a serviette was given. Mince and cheese pie was disgusting and had no flavor and the pastry was really oily like it had been put in the deep fryer. Doesnt take much to be polite and smile to your customers. You are on a very busy main road and would have a lot of business if you and your food and service was up to scratch! We will never come to you again. $6 for a single toasty? 100% daylight robbery. I originally paid $12 for two thinking my wife and I would be served at least four delicious toasties, well that wasn't the case. They also forgot my order, having us wait 20 minutes for our 2 pathetic toasties. Once served, we had to fight with the flies over the toasties. I guess they rely on passing trade & not returning customers, that's why they don't care what they serve. My sister and I both ordered burgers WITHOUT onions (allergic), they could have mentioned the patties are 80% onions and a dash of meat. The burgers fall to pieces as there's too much onion and nothing to bind it together.
