Dining-in: Rude owner and poorly trained staff. If you dine in, get ready to wait for at least 40 minutes or more for the dish to arrive, and the staff/owner doesn't care about dine-in customers; you just keep on waiting and waiting... they only care about takeaway orders. Even if you have been waiting for your food for a looooooooooong time, no one cares to ask you if you ordered or if you have been taken care of. The first order took 40 minutes to arrive, and the second order took 25 minutes, and the owner doesn't like it when you provide feedback about the service. My drinks never arrived at the table. The food tasted great; I would give 5 STARS for the FOOD and minus -5 stars for the owner's rude attitude at the payment counter and very unacceptable/poor service. I hope their service and attitude change after this. Having debated about where we should dine for our work function we decided on Aksorns Thai . The place was quite empty for a weekend night but was nicely set out . The service was outstanding and the waiters were attentive and extremely polite. The food came out in good time and well presented and plentiful. I know taste is subjective and everyone has a difference in opinion but for me at least the pad Thai was far far to sweet , two of us ordered this and could only manage less than half and in our opinion never hit the mark. As I said taste is subjective and it’s acceptable to agree or disagree on what tastes good, However the ribs were tough and dry this is unfortunately is not acceptable . Tried a Thai restaurant recently that serves boat noodles—not something you see every day, especially for lunch! I ordered the Num Tok version, and the soup was rich, flavorful, and full of that signature Thai spice and aroma. For around $15, it’s a really affordable and satisfying option.
