Got my order wrong by adding fish fritters instead of potato fritters. Bit in thinking it was potato. My fish allergy flared up and I was left in a great deal of pain and discomfort. Great chips! Some of the best in Chch. The batter on the fish however was very soggy and ruined the fish. The best batter is thin and crispy and cooked through. It makes me wonder if the fish is pre-battered in advance as opposed to battering it immediately before deep frying.
