I had a very disappointing experience with Indian Zayka on Papanui Road. I placed an order for delivery, and one of the items was missing. When I called to politely ask about the missing item, the person on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping or apologising, he was dismissive and spoke in a very disrespectful manner.
