Domino's Pizza Pukekohe — Restaurant in Franklin

Worst pizza ive ever had from any Dominos. Im a person who NEVER reviews any place, but this time i had to. Being the only store in Pukekohe, i thought they'd be good. But i should've definitely gone through their reviews before visiting them. Very bad customer service. The representative tries to charge extra for sauce and flakes on top which are otherwise always free in all other outlets. Instead of hearing what the customer is even saying, they're busy arguing. In the end the representative says, " Fine, i am not charging you for the flakes, but otherwise we do." And made me feel as if i was asking them for a favour. I wanted to cancel the order there and then, but the kids were waiting for a pizza. The pizza base tasted soo raw. I've myself worked in pizza outlets, i know when the base is not just right. And too much base sauce on the pizza which made it soo sour. And idk if my argument over charging extra, made them cook the pizza that way. Very very disappointed. Pizza slices cut in such uneven pattern. Ate one slice and the rest goes in the rubbish. The front staff MUST be trained better. Its never about charging wrong, its about treating your customers right and being loyal. First impression is always the last, and mine wasn't good at all.

Utterly disappointed very rarely buy fast food but decided to shout myself after a busy day at work, now the decision was should I try Dominos or Pizza hut, sadly I obviously made the wrong decision. Ordered a GARLIC PRAWN PIZZA, upgraded to the 50% more at a cost of $21-90 for pick up. Now firstly there was not even a hint of Garlic and that's why I ordered it. Secondly at that price I would of thought I may of had more prawns. When I got home which is only a mintue from the establishment opened it up and it was slightly barely warm. I will point out that I was about 5 minutes early for ordered time. So my fast food turned out not to BE, as I had to preheat my oven so I could warm up my pizza. It was also completely bland. Don't insult my intelligence and reply to my post as I have seen on other disgruntled reviews with the same pathetic comeback saying ohhhhhh I am sooooo sorry for your experience please email us or visit site for feedback form. This is the only time I am willing to spend explaining my experience at Domino's. Never mind us having to explain at a second site. Get it right the first time. 100% refund should be in your policy for not receiving what you have ordered. Pizza Hut will be receiving my next order, FYI you only got a star as I couldn't...

Did someone say loaded fries??? You’ll be severely disappointed with the loaded fries from dominos, in fact they should call them skinny unloaded fries as there are hardly any toppings or sauce on the “loaded fries”.

Pizza club sells slingshot fries for $10, loaded with too much sauce sometimes… dominos want $15 for fries that haven’t even been cooked or sprinkled in salt, just a sad excuse for sauce and 8 pieces of bacon, yea I counted cuz my cats scabbed that off me and I was left with parcooked unsalted dry fries…
