KFC — Restaurant in Franklin

If KFC is short for KEEP F&@KING CUSTOMERS waiting then congratulations to this new look store, they completely nailed it! On entering was super impressed with the 4 touch screen kiosks and thought to myself this place is going to be super efficient and explained why there were so many people inside as must be really popular. Unfortunately the reality of the situation was complete opposite. The 50 or so customers were actually waiting for their orders due to only 1 stressed out inexperienced staff member serving and being bombarded with requests for refunds for customers that had been waiting for over an hour. I personally waited 45 minutes for just 2 burgers (I once waited 1 hour for a multi million dollar ride at Disneyland, but you short of expect that, certainly not when ordering burgers) Was also frustrating for all to watch as the drive thru getting their orders within 5 minutes on average. Luckily during this time I kept myself entertained by warning customers not to use 2 of the kiosks as they ran out of receipt paper and was adding to the chaos as was taking their money but then would have no idea what their order number was! Not that it mattered as staff member was just calling out the numbers which no one could hear...

FUN FACT: burgers they were soggy and undercooked once finally received 😢

During this time I also witnessed a lot of customers just giving up and walking out as too painful to get refunds so hopefully with these extra profits being made this business can short their sh&t out!!!

I recently visited this restaurant and was taken aback by the extremely poor hygiene standards. Upon entering, the first thing I noticed was the unpleasant state of the bathrooms. To my dismay, multiple bathrooms had feces that appeared to have been there for several days. This level of neglect is simply unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the establishment.

Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness extended beyond the bathrooms. The dining area was equally disturbing. The tables were covered in a layer of dirt and grease, suggesting that they hadn't been properly wiped down in a long time. It's clear that regular cleaning and maintenance are not a priority here, which is disappointing for any customer expecting a basic level of hygiene.

Despite the unsanitary conditions, I must admit that the food itself was quite good. The flavors were satisfying, and the quality of the dishes met my expectations. However, my experience was marred by the fact that part of my meal was forgotten. This oversight added to the overall dissatisfaction with my visit.

In conclusion, while the food at this restaurant has potential, the egregious lack of cleanliness and attention to detail makes it hard to recommend. Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of any dining experience, and the current state of this establishment leaves much to be desired. Was terrible, would give it no stars if possible. I understand that it was busy but OMG it only takes 5 seconds to look in the bag and check that everything is there, that's just standard hospitality! I wasn't the only one with missing food, most of the people there were coming back to the counter because their order was wrong. Not only was my order wrong but one of the chicken strips wasn't cooked properly, it was grey, had very little coating on it and was falling apart and the drinks were flat. It also took about 30 minuets for my order to come out the first time. Obviously I took the food back but only after I had got it home, which meant another drive and it still took about 10 minuets to get the food back to me. When I got the food back the second time the chicken was very dry and chewy and the chips had pretty much no seasoning on them and were cold, I think they just gave me back the same chips that I was given the first time. There were lots of people also standing around either waiting over half an hour for their food or waiting for someone to come to the counter so they could tell them their order was wrong.
