TANK Bombay - Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps — Restaurant in Franklin

My partner and I came in at 8.00am on Monday 8th August & got a Pineapple, Strawberry & Apple juice. It smelt and tasted very off. We politely told the woman working (who blankly starred at us and didn't seem to know what to do) she reluctantly made us a new one which also tasted the same. We told her that it tasted identical to the first one and that we would be throwing it out on the way out as it wasn't drinkable. No refund was offered. We said perhaps they needed to clean the pipes on the machine or check the different fruit variety chunks to see if any of them were off. Undrinkable juice and terrible customer service - we wouldn't be coming back or reccomend others to stop in here for a refreshing road...

Wasn't greeted, just got stared at. I had to say hello first. I then asked for a Vietnamese salad with a little less vermicelli than normal. I waited a long time to be given a salad that had the tiniest amount of vermicelli, 2 pieces of cucumber and no nuts. Small amount of dressing and whatever tongs they used to mix with must have been dirty as the salad tasted like old fruit. Have rung 8 times and left a message. Still no...

Drove all the way hey to get lunch at 1pm (after it being closed yesterday), walk in and get told they’re closing to go and help out the Pukekohe and can’t serve me. Go to Pukekohe and there’s a sign saying at 1:15pm that they have gone on lunch and won’t be back until 2:30pm even though there were two ladies standing behind the counter. What’s the point in even opening at all?! Terrible service and won’t...
