Can't believe I'll say that, but should have gone to McDonald's... $10 lunch special butter chicken with rice and naan. Cool, warm cheap meal by a cold and rainy day. Ordered the butter chicken and had to pay $22 (apparently because I chose a medium size instead of small, it's not part of the offer and have to pay extra 5 bucks for the naan). Alright, my bad maybe, but my expectation then grew bigger considering the price.

Chicken served in a plastic container (yuk!), 3/4 was just juice, and it tasted like crab sticks... Rice, chicken and naan were barely warmer than room temperature. I can tell it didn't warm me up...

Fantastic butter chicken. However... I am worried about your allergy awareness. I called to ask about a dairy free meal for my child who is anaphylactic to dairy. The lady I spoke with on the phone was lovely. She told me that the chicken tikka meal was dairy free. At other Indian restaurants we have never had an issue ordering DF. There is usually one dish. We found out after my daughter got very sick that the chicken is coated in yogurt which is dairy. This is really quite scary, she could have died. It would be great if the awareness of food ingredients was improved. I would have preferred to email you but couldn't find one. We did call to let you know but I don't know if it will be...

I've had curry here before and it was good but it's too hit and miss. today my butter chicken was watery, Ive had tomato soup thicker and with more flavor. it was really lacking flavor aswell, didn't have a particularly tomato taste with no spices. it was very obvious died red aswell. neon red/orange. chicken was also obviously pre cooked and really dry. I should of known better when they said it would be ready in five.
