Passion india restaurant beachlands — Restaurant in Franklin

We were staying in Beachlands for the night and we ordered entrées from this restaurants. The food was overcooked and smelly and it seemed like they had stored the already cooked food in freezer and reheated and gave it to us. It didnt have the flavors that it should. Chicken was chewy like rubber and one of the entrées that is supposed to be dry was full with gravy. We ended up dumping our food in the waste. Not recommended at all. It's just waste of money as there isn't any competition...

Get tired of triming the back yard, and my daughter got a bit tired of my cooking at home for the last few days, we have decided to give a try for this relatively newly opened indian resturant last night. Just ordered a simple butter chicken & rice & naan bread combine --- Whoa, my daughter loved it. Chicken is juicy and tendar, rice is fluffy the way it should be, and the naan also really fresh as you could taste it. So give it a 5 stars, and will definately come...

Updated review Sep-2024: This place is getting much busier now which is good to see. The staff are friendly and pleasant. Overall the food is good - lamb Rogan Josh was delicious with just the right amount of spice. The butter chicken is good, and you can swap out the chicken for other meat if you prefer.
