found a fingernail in my special fried rice i ordered which took me by surprise because i’ve ordered the exact meal from them before and this has never happened, quite disappointed with how my complaint was handled and I felt like my concern was quickly dismissed with the refund money that they gave me, i’m big on hygiene and health and this is my first time experiencing something like this in the fastfood industry and is definitely my last as i won’t be coming back. To management please do better with health and safety in the kitchen thank you as this could of been avoided with the right steps...

From a perspective of someone who have had authentic Chinese food, this is absolute garbage. Oily, bland and cold. The oil and sauce literally forms into jelly disgusting texture. The batter they uses are the same one with fish and chips fishes. The meats are the lowest quality I’ve ever had. Could you please tell your staff not to smoke in front of other businesses next door , their cigarette stink is wafting into someone's business . Eg avalon Indian, I am a proud customer of theirs and I find it highly disrespectful to another business owner, if your employees need to smoke near an entrance that customers are going to walk through and smell cigarette smoke , please do it outside your business with your customers...
