This review will be a lot different than my last review on this restaurant a few years ago and based upon my experience I would love to share with you all about what happened the last time I dined in.
Just so you all know I've been ordering from this same restaurant for nearly 6 years. It has always been the same owners, the food has always been really cheap and tasty and I've always ordered the same "the lunch deal"
This time I had dined in with my son which I have done many times before. I ordered my food, sat down and the lady that works there gave me my food so then I asked for an extra plate and cutlery so I could share with my son as the quantity is a lot and I didn't want it to go to waste.
She looks me dead in the eyes and says "it's for 1 person not for sharing". It's bizarre isn't it? One: because I've been coming there for years, because I'm paying and also because I'm wanting to share my food with my child ??
She then places the stuff down after going to the kitchen for A LONG TIME and places it down without a smile just a rude attitude. Straight after this, I guess it annoys her so much she leaves the restaurant straight away.
The next time I came in there for takeout I was hoping for some sort of apology as she was there but nothing.
I feel deeply upset by this as the food is really good but how is it such a crime for me wanting to feed my child when he...
Read moreWorst experience ever. I made a phone order. The lady on the phone who took the order was the duty manager. After confirming the order twice to make sure the items were ordered correctly we finalized the order and headed for pickup . We blindly picked up the order as they delivered a bit late and rushed home. When came home we realized that they did order one item incorrectly and we were one short of the curry item. Upon calling the restaurant to advise that we have received one item less the lady on the phone admitted directly that they charged for the items without us saying a word when we gave our name. Upon further conversation they weren't ready to accept their mistake and requested to speak to the duty manager who took the order. Upon calling again and speaking to the restaurant manager she admitted it was just a confusion and all I heard was sorry. I generously asked if they were ready to deliver I would be more than happy but they denied and all I heard was a sorry. The food was not up to the quality and do not justify the cost. My only suggestion is not to go the restaurant until and unless you run out of option. We have had a worst experience and would never go back also would never suggest any family or friends.
