The Coffee Club Chartwell — Restaurant in Hamilton

Went there on a quite Thursday night, there was barely any customers it was pretty much empty. I was chatting to the lovely girl at the front counter and she was helping me decided what to order, since the whole menu is very over priced, I wanted to get something worth paying that much for. Anyways I was still deciding and the owner or boss whatever she is called, told the girl at the counter off for taking to long to take my order when the poor girl was helping me decide. Anyways I ignore the rude boss lady and she came over pretty much told me too pick something, I panicked and picked something I didn’t even want. Have come to the Coffee Club Chartwell time and time again hoping for a better experience. Ordered Eggs Benedict and the Eggs were hard, not runny yolks like eggs Benedict should be. Very little portion sizes with literally 4 leaves of spinach. Also had to pay a 10% surcharge for public holiday and they can’t seem to get simple things right like runny eggs. Ghastly treatment from the staff. I found a hair in my food and they tried to blame me. They tried to withhold a full refund because I had eaten some of the chicken (before I found the hair folded into my salad). The chicken was off, tasted like hardened cardboard and gave me food poisoning. My partner also tried my chicken and got unwell. I've tried this place previously in the past.
